Robert Becker has over three decades of legal experience across both civil and criminal litigation. He has extensive expertise in family law – including contested custody cases, high-asset divorces, adoptions, and guardianships – and is also seasoned in defending clients facing felony and misdemeanor criminal charges. In addition, Bob handles personal injury and other civil matters as part of his broad practice. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1989 and holds a B.S. in Public Administration from Indiana University (1986). Becker is admitted to the bar in Indiana (1989) and to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been an active leader in the legal community, having served as Treasurer (2002–2003), Vice-President (2004–2005), and President (2006–2007) of the Hamilton County Bar Association. Bob is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
